A Paris Engagement

Paris, the City of Love, has long been synonymous with romance and enchantment. Its picturesque streets, charming cafes, and iconic landmarks provide the perfect backdrop for unforgettable moments.

Soo-Jin and Dylan decided to commemorate their special trip to Paris with a photoshoot. Dylan wanted, not only to capture Paris's beauty but also the magical moment when he would ask Soo-Jin to spend the rest of their lives together.

Knowing Soo-Jin’s love for art, architecture, French culture, and roses, Dylan and I planned a surprise proposal that would take place around the middle of the photoshoot.

Requesting a backdrop that mixed both architecture with flowers (in particular roses) and I knew just the location - the beautiful gardens of the Palais-Royal. Under the guise of taking a romantic photo, I positioned Soo-Jin and Dylan in front of some white roses, the architecture of the Palais-Royal visible in the background. Dylan turned to Soo-Jin, took a deep breath, and dropped to one knee. In that timeless moment, surrounded by the magic of Paris, Dylan asked the question that would forever change their lives.
